Interim Business Solutions can assist you with your e-Newsletter campaigns to ensure you are in the forefront of your customer’s minds.

The e-Newsletter Package has been designed for those business owners who wish to increase their online presence and communications with their clients but are not yet familiar with the available tools and resources to do it themselves. This is where Interim Business Solutions can assist.

• Create an account with the service provider which best suits your needs. If you have no preference and your list is under 500, we recommend MailChimp.
• Link to Twitter and Facebook if required.
• Import existing subscribers via supplied Excel or CSV file. If this cannot be provided there will be an additional data entry charge of $40ph plus GST.
• One custom designed template will be created. Client to supply feature headings and images.
• Newsletter sign up code supplied for your web designer to add to your website and Newsletter sign up Tab added to your Facebook Page if required.

e-Newsletter Support – $50ph plus GST

Interim Business Solutions can provide ongoing e-Newsletter support for your weekly, fortnightly or monthly e-Newsletters. The inclusions assume you have a template created in your mail provider. We may have done that for you!

• The client will supply images and content in Word.doc format, with bolding, hyperlinks, etc indicated in the text.
• A test of the e-Newsletter will be sent to the client for approval.
• On approval, the e-Newsletter will be sent to the relevant subscriber list.
• The client will be supplied with a statistical report regarding the success of the campaign.
• Subscriber list management.
• Template amendments.
